Our new album WALL OF FOLK is going to be released on
September 9th. There will be two versions:

• Standard Edition:
  One Audio-CD, 14 tracks
• Deluxe Edition:
  Besides the Standard Edition CD this package will contain an additional Bonus-CD containing another 6 new Songs and a DVD including the complete video recording of the Summer Breeze Festival 2010 show!

Additionally, you can order a WALL OF FOLK limited boxset, which will be exclusively available at EMP. It will contain the Deluxe Edition, one T-Shirt (100% Cotton, Size L), a signed poster, sticker, an autopgraph card and a suprise present!

ACOUSTIC TOUR 2011
Before releasing a new studio album next fall and heading out on an extensive tour, we are going to give you a special gift (as well as ourselves) and go back to where it all began: Inspired by the enormous success of being our own unannounced unplugged opening act during the production of the FOLK'S NOt DEAD-DVD in March 2010, we quickly decided to expand this concept into a small but mighty tour. Just like 20 years ago, when we first gathered round the kitchen table to unfold the rough charm of Irish music without further ado, we will present unusual versions of our songs in an intimate setting. And you can be sure that the fun factor will increase, too. Feel like sharing the atmosphere of a cozy living-room with the boys? With Fiddler's Green performing on barstools with contrabass, reduced drum set and only acoustic instruments you can expect this: Pure authenticity!

In the studio: Recording our new album

Since mid-November we've been back in the studio recording our new album. We've already made great progress but it will take a while until everything is recorded and the mixing can begin. We've decided to take the same path as on the last two albums and record all instruments and vocals simultaneously. We’re really excited about this upcoming record and sure you are going to love the new songs as much as we do. You can already find photos of our recording session in the media-section under "photos - studio". And there is also going to be a small video-report of our recording session in the near future, so stay tuned!

Our new Live-DVD and Live-CD FOLK'S NOT DEAD can be preordered now in our Online Shop shepherds-jumble.de! DVD and CD are available separately, but there is also a DVD/CD bundle version at a reduced price. We will try that everybody, who orders the DVD or CD in our shop now, will get it by the release date August 6th (depending post and country). The DVD is a PAL version - an NTSC version (e.g. for the US and Japan) will be available soon!
